A note from Coreen:

Sharing and Teaching the Love of Fitness Since 1990.

I have been bringing fitness classes to the WNY since 1990 and hope to see you soon! It all started when I first tried teaching an aerobic jazz class. I loved it and continued it for 5 years before making the transition to the YMCA. There I expanded my fitness background and accomplishments by training clients with diverse fitness goals and teaching a multitude of group fitness classes including: Step, Hip Hop, Zumba, Cardio Interval, sculpting, senior fitness, core training, Boot Camp, in addition to training clients in the wellness center I ran the kids dance program and remained at the YMCA for over 15 years. In 2010, I started Balanced Fitness with two classes a week gradually expanding to Coreen Wozniak’s Balanced Fitness LLC in 2016. Shortly after I moved into my first location to diversify and offer additional services such as health and nutrition seminars, yoga, specialty classes, meditation and Silver Sneakers just to name a few. January 2020 our expansion took us to our current location where we have a small locker room, waiting area and two fitness rooms that allow us to offer a greater number of services. The fitness world is always changing and the key during every trend is to stay consistent with any exercise program and enjoy it. We are here to keep you fit, feel good about yourself and your life, enjoy exercising and age gracefully!

I LOVE teaching & more importantly my students love the classes! Come try a class and see why we are not like everyone else.

What we offer

All classes can be customized to most fitness levels. Don’t let the name of the class keep you from attending. Contact me for details or try a class for free. Every student has to start somewhere. It might be an alternative level from others but eventually your progress will grow. Students have increased their strength, ability, cardio endurance & self-confidence by attending classes. Classes offer a warm, inviting atmosphere where no one should feel left out or intimated. It’s never easy being the new person. We welcome you to see how classes are not just fitness, but a fitness family that cares about each other.
