I’m 50+ and fairly new to physical fitness. When I first reached out to Coreen about taking a class, it was with trepidation. Would the workout prove too difficult for my aging body? Could I keep up? Coreen assured me classes are accessible to all and could be modified to fit each person’s abilities. I tried it. I found a welcoming, encouraging community. Coreen, her cadre of instructors, and the other students are nothing but helpful and supportive. My husband and I are now taking three classes a week, crucial to helping us stay fit with our gym closed and workout options limited. It’s never too late to start getting in shape.
